LoShe is collectively represents the domain name: Losheapp.in and the mobile App LoShe. It is a platform to connect local businesses with local customers. Local businesses can advertise their products or services and track customer response via means of chat or call enquiries. Local customers can search and browse for local deals and offers. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, the term “Content” refers to any user generated data including, but not limited to, posts, photos, audio clips, text, animations, graphics, logos or anything else made accessible on our App. The Terms of Use may be revised or altered by the Company at its sole discretion at any time without any prior intimation to the Users. The latest Terms of Use will be posted here. By continuing to use or access the App after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised/altered Terms of Use.
In order to access and use our App, you must first register and create an account with us (“Customer account”). If you intend to promote your business locally, then you can also create a “Business account” during the time of sign-up or anytime in future in the App. Before creating an account, you will be asked to review and accept these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The personal data related to your accounts will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are allowed to browse through our App using an optional “Guest” session. However, you still have to review and accept these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before entering the App. Any type of activity other than browsing will require you to sign-up and register an account with us.
If anyone other than yourself accesses your Customer/Business account, they may perform actions that are solely available to you, make changes to your accounts, publish various content, etc. Any such action/activity will be deemed to have occurred on your behalf and in your name. If you are aware of any such breach, you must contact us immediately on contact@loshe.in
Any type of user generated content on the App must not fall into any of these categories: abusive, illegal, objectionable, hateful, harassing, bullying, violent, repulsive, harmful, deceitful, dangerous, spam, scam, sensitive, sexual, profane, addictive or any other type deemed inappropriate by other users on the App. Such content would be liable to be pulled down immediately either automatically or when reported by sufficient number of unique users. Continuous violation of this policy will eventually result in the account getting blocked.
Among other activities, Business Account users on LoShe can create advertisement posts which are visible to everyone on the platform. Similarly, Customer Account users can create discussion topics which are also visible to everyone on the platform. This type of UGC must comply with our content appropriateness policy (read above). Strict adherence to this policy applies to all type of UGC - text or media on ads, discussions, replies, reviews, comments, etc.
LoShe allows businesses to promote their products and services. However, we do not support promotion or sale of illegal, inappropriate and unapproved substances on the platform. Any type of unapproved or banned substances in your country should not be promoted through the App. If reported, the account will be immediately blocked and subject to further investigation. Besides, such promotion/sale activities will be reported to appropriate judicial authorities in the jurisdiction of the promoter.
LoShe is a mobile-only platform which is targeted to assist business owners to connect better with their customers and for customers to stay up-to-date with exciting new shopping offers available everyday in their localities. LoShe app collects information about personalized data of businesses, media content, broadcasted content, customer subscriptions and customer correspondences to help users of the app to efficiently manage their account, monitor their activity, aggregate information about viewers, followers and demographic patterns. The app also collects information about user’s search and browse activities, location and subscriptions to various businesses, to efficiently manage their account, monitor their activity and provide appropriate recommendations.
The LoShe app needs a user’s mobile phone number to be able to send a one time verification pin in order to register the user and subsequent logins. Those businesses that create a business profile on the app can choose to store media content on their profiles besides other information about their shop or business for viewing by the customers.
We share only that much information as provided by you to the users on the LoShe platform. We don’t share any of your personal information with third party services. The phone number provided for account creation is not shared with third party services.
LoShe does not share personal information like phone numbers used for account creation with any external parties. Only the first names of users is visible in the app besides their display picture. The phone number of the user is not directly visible to anyone else in the app. Only when the user places a callback request with a business, his/her phone number is made available to that business.

LoShe does expose the contact numbers of businesses listed on the LoShe platform in their profiles so that customers can connect with them. That phone number can be different from the one used for registration. Businesses can opt to avoid populating such contact information in their profiles if they don’t wish users to call or SMS them over that phone number.
